A critical water main break last week in Calgary led to multiple immediate changes: water restrictions, fire bans, pools closing, and a request to skip bathing or keep showers to 3 minutes, among others. The city has a lot of valuable information for learning about water here: Water Resources.

Situations like these require us to learn and to pivot quickly. Likewise, as an instructional design agency owner, embracing change isn't just a choice; it's the pathway to growth.

Here are a few points about navigating change:

  • Flexibility is your greatest asset: Being open to new ideas and approaches can lead you to discover innovative solutions that propel your business forward.

  • Stay grounded in your mission: Amidst the changes, it's crucial to stay true to your core values and mission. They serve as your compass, guiding you through turbulent times.

  • Nurture a supportive team: Surrounding yourself with a team that shares your vision and is willing to adapt alongside will be key. Together, you can overcome obstacles that's come your way.

Are you looking to expand your team? WorkWise Design would love to support you as you work towards your vision. With our adaptable approach, we can take on entire designs or parts of projects that are creating unnecessary obstacles for you. For more information, visit www.workwisedesign.com.
